If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an Angel Wraps product, return it in clean, unused, unwashed condition within 14 days of purchase, along with your original sales receipt to:

We will be happy to refund the purchase price (minus shipping) or replace the item, whichever you prefer. Items returned in un-sellable condition will not be returned, refunded or replaced. We’re sorry, we can not give refunds for used products or products returned after 14 days. We can not refund original shipping charges. If an item is defective or the wrong item was sent to you, we will refund the return postage via USPS. Angel Wraps warranties all products against defect for 30 days. Items found to be defective will be refunded, repaired or replaced, at the discretion of Angel Wraps. Use of Oxyclean, chlorine bleach, fabric softener or dryer sheets voids this warranty. Please email us at prior to sending back merchandise. All sales are FINAL on SECONDS diapers. Custom orders can be returned for exchange/store credit ONLY, no refunds. Diapers made to fit specific measurements (other than our standard pattern) can NOT be returned. Delivery Confirmation is standard will all orders, and insurance is purchased automatically for all orders of 3 or more diapers. Angel Wraps is NOT responsible for packages lost in the mail. If you wish to purchase additional insurance for packages of 1-2 diapers, please contact us!
